2. Directory Data & Mountain Safety
While BLACAMP strives to ensure the highest accuracy of listed coordinates, campsite amenities, and trail information across Europe, mountain conditions and regional camping regulations change dynamically. Users are responsible for evaluating terrain conditions, weather forecasts, and local municipal laws.
3. BLACAMP Card & Digital Passport
The digital BLACAMP Card is non-transferable. Points, badges, and ranking tiers reflect genuine participation in outdoor challenges and validated partner visits. Abuse of GPS check-in systems will result in immediate rank revocation.
4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Castellón, Spain.
